Sahi Dhandhe Galat Bande: Salman, KJo floored
He's on a cinematic crest of happiness and with good reason. Parvin Dabas has earned high brownie points from Karan Johar, no less! Dabas was having several screenings for his directorial debut 'Sahi Dhandhe Galat Bande' in order to gauge the feedback to his directorial debut.
Reportedly, Karan Johar managed to catch one of the film's screenings… watched it and was floored completely. Karan Johar's take was that it had all the potential to become a big blockbuster if a big male star acted in it.
However, Parvin Dabas could unfortunately not go ahead with those plans that Karan Johar had in mind as the film has a strong message about an issue that currently has a lot of relevance in the country and has had for a while now, but if delayed could lose its topical nature.
If that wasn't enough, there was a gush of accolades coming from other starry quarters too.
Word has it that Salman Khan took time out to view 'Sahi Dhandhe Galat Bande' and was all praise for Parvin Dabas. Recently, at a suburban restaurant in Mumbai, Parvin was approached by Salman Khan.
Salmane came up to Parvin and congratulated him and told him he had made a superb film.
Parvin Dabas, an abiding admirer of Salman Khan was humbled with the love and adulation that he received from the 'Dabangg' dude and other citizens of cinebiz. And is eagerly awaiting the release of his film slated to illumine cinemas, on August 19, 2011.
